Update vignettes: Esteemer section #170

With state of current work on Esteemer, we are ready to work through and update Esteemer sections in all vignettes with tentative weights and tentative algorithm.

[x] Update introduction section
[x] Add algorithm
[x] Add moderators
[x] Add weight values
[x] Propagate across all causal pathways

Vignette has been merged to main to allow for preference model work continuing, further review needed before propagating to all vignettes

Branch here (https://github.com/Display-Lab/knowledge-base/blob/vignette-esteemer-propagation) has changes propagated for the non-persona-specific informational content, adding in specific data relevant to each persona as needed to clear up tracking sheet

Weights have been updated in the tables to reflect MPM data in CSV file

Work on generating example calculations of candidate ranks can be added later as pilot release gets closer
