identify the conditions for CEDAR generating IRIs #189

Some fields have auto-generated IRIs, like "message text" and "name", while others do not, like "additional message text".

Next steps are to identify settings or determinants of automated IRI generation and to re-create message templates with the necessary IRIs to make them readable by the pipeline

Generating templates directly from the CEDAR form produced IRIs for all of the fields. It appears that copying the forms was at least part of the issue.
