Ambiguous Issues: Need Help Resolving #135

@leedahee I need some help understanding the purpose of a few issues in GitHub. The issues in question can be searched with the following query: is:issue is:open label:"help wanted"

Each issue contains a graphic, but does not contain a body. Are these definitions related to PMTD that may need to be added into the ontology at a later date? Are they ok to close with the "old term issues" tag?
