In order to have PSDO describe information content entities (ICEs) and have think pudding operate on ICEs, there needs to be a predicate to directly relate these to persons. This will replace has_disposition (RO_0000091) in the spek.
So things like a positive performance gap will no longer be a disposition, but will be an ICE. This means the performance summary display can have the same positive performance gap as describes the performer. Essentially, these ontology don't have the represented and representing dilineation that RIDs does. Performance gaps, trends, etc are all ICEs and we can link them with performers, displays, and causal pathways alike.
Predicate
We require predicate with domain of performer and range of information content entity. Simply defining it as, "The subject is described by the object" seems insufficient.
Label
described by
We likely need a better definition and label than 'described by'
