Reverted part of the changes, which fixes part of the introduced bug.
However, I still get in a deadlock waiting for the .reg file to be created, which seems logic to me, as the file C:\Users\Public\0tDOFd.reg does not exist. Not sure how you ran the test back in July to overcome that?
