Do you want to allow this interaction?”. The problem is actually with the Microsoft HTML Help control, which is not installed properly for some reason. One possible fix is to unregister and then re-register the control, which you can do by opening a Command Prompt window and typing the following two commands:
regsvr32 /u %windir%\system32\hhctrl.ocx
regsvr32 %windir%\system32\hhctrl.ocx
