Multi-strata vignette running with warnings #100

Warning messages appear when running the case study from the examples.distancesampling.org page and from the multi-strata vignette in the package.

@erex can you please try doing a package update of all R packages (particularly sf) and see if that resolves these issues? The vignette runs without messages on my machine. Thanks, Laura

@LHMarshall I have the most current versions of packages on my home computer. But I do not think the problem rests with my computer. If I look at the multistrata dssd vignette directly from CRAN (nothing to do with my computer), those messages exist on CRAN.
