Deploy Storage application to azure. It should be accessible by Compute layer application by some IP address. Probably, you can rent on azure Windows virtual machine, disk, and public IP. After that you can RDP to VM, and copy your applications there. You just need to be sure, that this IP address is not accessible from personal computers. It should be accessible only from Compute application.
