Suggestion - add Sovryn to RSK Developer Solution site #1

Hi team, has anyone started working on/is there a plan to create a Sovryn page on the RSK Developer Solutions list?

If nothing is already in the works, I'd be happy to create an initial version of one using some of the content from sovryn.app

I've created a fork of the site repo and added some content from the Sovryn website: https://github.com/soulBit/devportal

Can someone review this before I submit the PR to the main repo? Setup instructions are in README.md

For the banner I merged two images from https://sovryn.app - let me know if you have any other assets you'd like to use instead.
