How to create liquidator/rollover/arbitrage wallets? #29

  1. Create directory "secrets" and within a file accounts.js with the credentials of the liquidator/rollover/arbitrage wallets Readme mentions this step? How do I do this? And how to I setup Sovryn node with testnet creds. I've found the faucet so far.
