Remove old rewrap algorithm #212

New rewrap algorithm has been the default for many years.

Remove the old one (called "greedy traditional" in the menus) from within the code, as well as the Prefs option to switch between algorithms.

Will also make #213 irrelevant since that only applies to old rewrap algorithm.
