Enable S3FS mount of path within bucket #137

Have not explored if this is possible. Use case its when there are permission issues that prevent mounting of the bucket.

We have since expanded functionality of downloading files and configurability of which bucket/s to use for logging/images/data. Given all that, the sis not an issue that we plan on supporting so I am closing it. It can be reopened in the future if there is a new argument to be made for it.
