Given new plugin organization in CP-plugins repo, confirm that DCP doesn't need any corresponding changes.

DCP currently hardcodes PLUGIN_DIR = '/home/ubuntu/CellProfiler-plugins/' which is not compatible with our updated CellProfiler-plugins organization which needs to be '/home/ubuntu/CellProfiler-plugins/active_plugins'
