Our first version will be 2.0.0, for rationale why, read https://dstrbtv.slack.com/archives/C015W8DCVH6/p1721787206478649 . Think of it like a 0.0.0 release
I set the development status in the classifiers to "pre alpha" : "Development Status :: 2 - Pre-Alpha", since currently bifrost2 is not passing the spec since it is heavily in progress.
