Normalize Log Data #3

Normalize the data in the log table into relational tables for person, event, event type, etc.

@ojedatony1616 I've created the "catalog" app which tracks DDL Events. The primary event type is the "Course" which is basically webinars and workshops. Incubators and Research Labs will be something else, that I haven't figured out yet. One step at a time!
