Sort articles so we can figure out which ones still haven't been classified or that are "disputed"

Allow a user to browse the corpus in a meaningful way. We can add a full-text search functionality, if we have the time; but also simple order by created date (desc) and sorting as follows:

[ ] no clear annotator agreement (e.g. simple vs. super majority)
[ ] no annotations yet
[ ] most annotations
[ ] most annotations for label
[ ] most # of words
[ ] most # of vocabulary
