Please refer to https://github.com/Ditectrev/Practice-Exams-Platform/issues/24 - the same idea here: after 15 minutes user needs to sign in/up.

Would be good to have some kind of solution users can use for Web & Mobile, but it's a far future for now given how much effort it requires/traffic we have.

https://supabase.com might be a fantastic solution! I'm a big fan of Firebase, but here's an open source version of it, and is sexy tool to try out being to popular recently.
