Design the Ditto multisig governance processes

Ditto is starting the transition to multisig governance. A bounty is awarded for designing the governance process with input from the Ditto team and community. The output of this task is DIP-0, the first Ditto Improvement Proposal, which describes all key governance processes.

For this bounty, we are looking for somebody with experience in decentralized governance (and ideally somebody who wants to continue partaking in the Ditto governance process later on). The bounty can be converted into a permanent paid position. Contact @chefchansey on Telegram if you get approved.

Bounty scope

Research multisig governance systems such as Yearn, Sushi etc
Write a draft for DIP-0
Gather feedback from the community (Telegram pools,...)
Iterate on the draft based on the feedback received
Run votes to get DIP-0 approved

Deliverables

DIP-0 in its final accepted form
Explanatory README in the DIPs repository
Any required manuals and templates required for governance actions

Required contents of DIP-0 (at minimum)

Abstract
Scope of governance
Roles in the Ditto ecosystem (Multisig signer etc)
What are Ditto improvement proposals (DIPs)
DIP process from draft to approval/rejection
Rules for token voting (quorum, majorities)
How is the treasury wallet managed
