Payment info section

Presents 3 info cards.
Shows 1 info card in mobile devices.
In mobile devices the cards are draggable and change each 4 seconds.

The payment info section looks great with the three information cards. It's excellent that it adapts its display to mobile devices, showing just one card for a smoother experience. The ability to drag the cards on mobile devices and have them change automatically every 4 seconds is a very nice touch that enhances usability and interaction. Well done on this implementation!
