Added config flag for installation complete #9

So it's not necessary to remove the install files anymore. (The install file unlink is currently commented out but should be removed if this PR is accepted.)

Because I've been working and haven't had time to even review this..

Might need to roll this back or modify it.. The version number update is apparently not happening with this PR in place.. Not a minor issue, but something I want to address anyway..
