Some ideas:

[ ] Switch to Github actions
[ ] Add static analysis (PHPStan, Psalm)
[ ] Add mutation testing (Infection)
[ ] Add code style checker (CS Fixer)
[ ] Make it Docker-based so any developer can run it fully locally easily (PHPQA)
