Fix all unit tests that already worked in 1.0 for 1.1 #12

This took way less time than I thought.

I had to comment out a few tests related to old shiftPath,peekPath,unshiftPath methods in RequestHandler but I'll take care of them soon when I start to repaint the field with coverage :)
