enhancement: add settings menu options to set custom DOH url #167

Hi.

Could you please add to settings some option to easily set custom DOH url? Messing with "network.trr.custom_uri" in "about:config" is very cumbersome.

and you should use the system provided Private DNS option instead

If you want to use ECH for improved privacy, you have to use DOH in FF. As explained here. You can check if ECH works in your browser on this page.
