(Enhancement) Extensions #239

Could one (or all) of the below be implemented?

Always show "Install Extension from File" under Advanced in Settings be shown? Always show: Debug Menu Enable "Install Extension from File" unever extension section (similar to another fork, name withheld unless need).

Custom collection is not an option as I have modified extensions that I do not have permission to publish.

That said, one of the extensions keeps saying corrupt when installing from File but works fine in Ice Raven.

the secret settings should stay enabled if you use them

Negative. I enabled CA Certificate. But after a full close, reboot or 'x'minutes it closes again.
