Add the ability for the user to make requests for movies/tv-series to their self-hosted server. This can be achieved by leveraging the following api https://arrapi.metamanager.wiki/en/latest/radarr.html

Closing this as a similar behaviour was introduced #52 with Jellyseerr Integration
