Double V. before "Iube, domne, benedícere" in monastic Matins #4033

@FAJ-Munich, monastic Matins, e.g., today's with 1963 rubrics, has "℣. V. Iube, domne, benedícere." instead of "℣. Iube, domne, benedícere." Somewhere the V. is getting doubled. This also happens in English and probably in other vernaculars.
