Tridentine: Fixing Preces feriales #4054

The newlines in the database files are crucial to tell the code what exactly gets omitted in Tridentine version. To achieve joined layout, we have to work with the "tilde" ~ instead, keeping the empty lines. __

I do not want spaces between the lines of the preces. I suggest a separate Tridentine version; I realize it may be redundant.

With this PR you do not have any line spaces left in Rubrics 1960 and Divino version as you intended.

The line space after Psalm 129/50 in Tridentine seems unavoidable as of now, hence, I have put a line break in Tridentine before the psalm just for symmetry.
