this is proper solution for warnings from FileIO resolved in (reverted here) d06bccd6d1 & 255bc14cb5

@mbab this still hasn't fixed all the errors. Running locally, the URL http://localhost:8000//cgi-bin/horas/Pofficium.pl?date1=04-21-2024&command=prayLaudes&version=Rubrics%201960%20-%201960&testmode=regular&lang2=English&votive= produces the following errors:
