Related to #10 . For all patients identified via PLUNC from 2016 forward, provide patient counts by the following variables:

  1. Risk Category: SR – Standard risk vs HR – High risk
  2. Physician
  3. Age - waiting for Johnn's confirmation of the three buckets used in his previous publication
  4. Number of images per patient
  5. % of patients with a: (1) CT, (2) MRI, (3) PET, and/or (4) Ultrasound

Issues with SR vs HR, PTVs often are not called 'HR' but are called 'PTV_70', 'PTV_56'. Adding in just a list of anything of type 'PTV', and not having 'opt' in the name.
