#10: Add extensive comments #10

Cleaned up my code for better readability and added comments: at the beginning of every file explaining what the file is, does, and why, and throughout every file explaining the why and how of Next.js App Router and React Server Components.

I also just realized the commit to add more map images was in this PR too, oops. But hey now we have map images for West Bank and St. Paul.
