can the .zip files from StarDict Russian torrent package be used?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download stardict-en-ru-bigdict.torrent torrent from 
http://abloz.com/huzheng/stardict-dic/stardict-en-ru-bigdict.torrent
2. Unzip and compress one of the zipped dictionaries in .tar.bz2 using Archive 
Utility.app and Terminal.app
3. Try to feed the file to DictUnifier.app

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nice new dictionary

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
DictUnifier 2.1 (5)

Please provide any additional information below.
Is it (attached file) possible to convert it to proper format?
