Sync simulation speed #59

When using --sync option it is possible to change simulation speed and pitch 
speed with keyboard.
After increasing speed timestamp goes to future.

Hi,

What version are you using?

I'm pretty sure it wont let you adjust the simulation speed with +/- if --sync 
is enabled in the current development version.

v1.0.3 from ubuntu repos.

Just found v1.0.5 on github... Is it possible to install it from ppa?

Probably not yet as it hasn't been released. I have been testing it and it will 
probably be released this week.
