This is a follow-up to your previous request #527612 "Mute on master channel sometimes cannot be reset with "mute all" buttons on CS18AI"
Looks like this happens in conjunction with "Mute all" button on RM itself. If I press "Mute All" on a mixer, then I cannot unmute it from console. Also, Mute button on Flex channel (when it is represents MONO) on CS do not follow Mute state of Mono bus on UC.
Try it yourself:
What I expect
Hope that helps to solve this problem in upcoming release of beta RM firmware
On 1.6.16403 still the same issues.

Sometimes mixer enters the state when master channel gets muted and doesn't return to normal operation even after "ALL OFF" mute button is pressed. This state can not be exited from any available software and the only solution is to zero-out board and load the latest scene again. I cannot provide exact steps to reproduce the issue yet, but it sometimes appears after playing with mute section on CS18AI. Sequence like "All ON" (enable) - "ALL ON" (disable) - "All ON" (enable) - "All OFF" (disable) replayed quck will sometimes break this down. Process concurrency or something else - still yet to find out. Next time I will save a scene and provide it to the ticket

Just to let you know, I've duplicated this and other RM/CS18 unresolved issues I've reported earlier with timestamps to my GitHub repo https://github.com/DjFix/Presonus-RM-RML-Analysis just to publicly track time that support spends resolving them. So far, I can celebrate a year for my first one.
