Fix/no reverse match url #52

This pull request is mainly a fix on the url issue on redirect on views.py and url on .html files to fix the issue of No Reverse Match.

There is also a minor update on readme.md to include bullet points and link to Domain and Heroku that is missing out in the readme. The broken link to the contribution guidelines is also fixed #18 .
