We are excited that you want to help translate the tutorial to Vietnamese. It seems we already have a Vietnamese translation set up on Crowdin.

If you'd like to translate, please make an account on Crowdin. After you have an account please email translations@djangogirls.org to be added to the project. And then you can get started translating the tutorial.
