fixing up homepages for spanish and english apps #73

add links to home model for learn more buttons, changed buttons added homelinks model with icons, title, color and order.

My menus were working with @jinpark s last pr but now they aren't. I made an english menu and spanish. The whole site only recognoizes the spanish menu. I'm not sure what changed.

lgtm. looks like theres a lot of duplicated code but we can worry bout that later i guess

I want to do include to the spaniish content templates (like we did to the english one).
