Steps to be followed for shu version of Djed contract

[x] oracle converter [ IN PROGRESS ]
[x] tests for oracle converter [ IN PROGRESS ]
[x] changes to djed contract to convert it to djed shu [ IN PROGRESS ]
[ ] tests for djed shu
[ ] deploy djed shu along with oracle converter
