Update fxmanifest.lua, the problem is that locales/en.json should be under files:

update

shared_script {'@ox_lib/init.lua', '@es_extended/imports.lua'}

files { 'nui/index.html', 'nui/style.css', 'nui/script.js', 'locales/*.json' }
