Can not restart t-o-l

Have used t-o-l, closed and now i cant restart the programm, I become the 
Message "The application is already running."

Have restart the Computer, starting it as root, reinstall Java.. nothing changes

Using Debian 7 with TransferOnLAN-0.6.1

The message "The application is already running." appears when an application 
use the port of ToL (2011 by default).

Connect you in root and try the command : netstat -tuanp. Then you can see 
applications use ports TCP and UDP.

If you have changed the default port, you can delete the directory ~/.java to 
have the default configuration. Then, restart ToL.
