Overwrites directories existing directories #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a folder with existing a specific name in the destination folder
2. Someone sends you an entire folder with the same name

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should give you a warning and/or prompt to rename the saved file

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.4.5/Ubuntu 11.10

I just tested it some more, not sure why I am not able to reproduce the 
issue... I will have to figure out what happened.
