Not exactly a problem. Many classification datasets have multiple targets. Most of our regression datasets only have one property they are predicting.
Describe the solution you'd like
The algorithm to be able to predict each category for each data observation. I.e a molecule may be predicted as toxic for eyes, toxic to lungs, etc. Each of these are a category and can be predicted.
