[Feature Request]: Persistent recording notification #13

Feature description

Hello, I was wondering if it would be possible to add a persistent recording notification similar to how NVIDIA shows when you're recording and/or have replay enabled. Possibly a lower profile version as well as well like having a few pixels in the corner showing a small red square.

I also wanted to say thank you very much for this plugin, it's way better than any other OBS notification system that I've seen!

I also tried sending a donation but KoFi and PayPal both says you can't accept payments at the moment.

Good idea! I was thinking that I needed to somehow display the current state of the recording/replay/stream, but I didn't think about making it another "window" with color indication/icons.

I think that 1-3 squares at any point on any screen will be enough. I can also add icons/styles. image (But there is a problem #9)

I also tried sending a donation but KoFi and PayPal both says you can't accept payments at the moment.

Thank you. I have not received any notifications about the explicit blocking of the PayPal dollar account (and even nothing is written on the site). But this is quite expected... No more coffee for me 🙃 (I prefer tea)

I'll try to replace it with something. By the way, does ~DonationAlerts~ or Boosty work for you?

I mean windowed fullscreen or having it on a second monitor is better than nothing.
