reference links are broken at http://raphaeljs.com/reference.html #35

All the "#" anchor links are broken; they point to the main page instead of the anchors on reference.html. Probably because of <base href="http://raphaeljs.com/"&gt; at the top of the HTML on the website. I notice that's not the case for the version of reference.html checked into GitHub tho.
