Waiting for a licence #398

Hello

I wait for a licence since Tuesday. Could you check this please.

You order process for free licences don't work with credit cards.

please write to my email (found at the end of this page) your email address so that I can look up your record.

What exactly does not work for free licenses? Did you get an error or just didn't receive license? I'm pretty sure the process works as many Trial licenses are being acquired daily.

I received your email on Oct 23. I've marked your license to be re-sent to you in the system yesterday. Make sure to check spam folder. I also decided to make sure you get your license and sent out a manual email with the license in it yesterday. Today I got this:

The error that the other server returned was: 454 TLS not available due to temporary reason

That might be the issue why you aren't getting your license. I saw in the original email you CC'ed your other two emails. If you'd like, I can try sending license to these. Let me know
