What exactly does not work for free licenses? Did you get an error or just didn't receive license? I'm pretty sure the process works as many Trial licenses are being acquired daily.

That might be the issue why you aren't getting your license. I saw in the original email you CC'ed your other two emails. If you'd like, I can try sending license to these. Let me know
