Tray icon not visible #46

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Minimize Chrome to tray
2. Look for the tray icon
3. I find only a blank icon

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd like to see the Chrome icon in the tray bar, I instead don't see the icon, 
but just the blank space.
If I click on the blank space, then Chrome restores correctly.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Started when I updated to v 19.0.1068.0 dev-m - Win7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.

Same issue in Windows XP x86.
And with the last updates of Chromium, minimize doesn't work at all.
