NSF export sometimes skips some N163 channels #260

I was trying to look at a part of my song using NSF Presenter and noticed that channels 5-8 on the N163 were not showing up/playing. I then tried to listen to it using NSF Play but it had the same issue of channels 5-8 not playing.

In this .zip file are: the .ftm and .nsf of the part of the song and the video output from NSF Presenter. Anarchy Rainbow.zip

seems to be caused by N163 instrument pointer offset? also observed in #224
