NSF export fails and breaks 2A03 pulse 1, with all 3 chip combinations #271

Decided to try NFS exporting again and it broke so I tested chip combinations up to 3 chips max. They are broken. Zip should have all the NSFs and a TXT with the results. I'll likely test the rest of the combinations when 3 chip NSF export works. I did see other issues on this but not a complete look through of the chip combinations. So here it is.

I would also like to note that atleast 2A03+MMC5+VRC6 works in 0.4.0.1.
