Add Responsive Design #5

This test pretty much discourages responsive design because there is no mock for tablet/mobile/extra large screens. We should add one to make it consistent with how we roll.

I absolutely agree with this. Even at the very least we suggest the tester make the site responsive down to mobile in any way they see fit.

Responsive should be assumed / required rather than being thought of as extra credit.
