Functionality should be implemented so that you can close, open, or move a bug by writing a comment with a tag. For example such a comment ": no longer needed #x", or even without a colon: "everything is fine #x".

In this case, the bot does not have to add its own comment, as it does when the user does it through the buttons

Added functionality for changing ticket status, adding users to CC and rescheduling it using comments.
