quit game

since quit game doesn't work in webgl builds, we have to adapt.

• [x] remove instances of quit game from webGL
• [x] - fully remove option from pause menu (unless we think of something else for that slot)
• [x] - refactor game over menu button to return to main menu
• [ ] build separe desktop build?
• [ ] - this would involve keeping the option to quit game, so we'd want to re-add those
